Please take time to look through our testimonials below…

I am writing on behalf of Mr and Mrs X who on a recent holiday with the Day Centre, had some domiciliary help, mornings and evenings from your carers. They would like to say how very happy they were with the service and give special thanks. If they return to the area again they will definitley use your services again. With many thanks!

The carer has a very natural way with the service user and there is a clear trust and happy relationship between them.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank D for all her hard work. I have visited our service user several times this week in view of training for the other agency, and Debbie has made us all feel very welcome. She has ensured, as always that the service user’s needs are addressed in a polite and courteous and professional manner. She always ensures that all medication, equipment etc which the service user needs is available and highlights any concerns/issues appropriately. D always ensures that the service user’s best interests are paramount, and all her hard work has benefited the service user and this is reflected in his current well being.

The support which you provide for him is always to a very high standard and it is very much appreciated.

I wanted to write to say thank you on our Service Users behalf. He is happily ensconced at the moment thinking about whether he wishes to remain there on a permanent basis. He and I talked today and he wanted me to tell you what a wonderful job all of you did for him on a daily basis.

This care packages has had a few special moment and we couldn’t have done it without everyone! And how wonderfully patient and flexible everyone has been! Wow, there have been some exciting moments especially over the last few weeks. And hopefully, he will settle in and feel at home and we will all feel better knowing that he is safe and looked after twenty four hours a day. Again, thank you all, you were all sincerely caring, professional carers and it has always meant a lot to him.

I am just writing to express my sincere thanks to you for the support that you have given to the Community Living Projects that I am responsible for during the past year. I really do appreciate the efforts that you have made to ensure that our rota’s are covered, both for pre-planned shifts, but more especially for emergency cover when needed.

Please pass on my appreciation to your staff also, who make such a big difference to our service users. Although I don’t often get the chance to meet them, their professionalism, commitment and high standards are frequently reported to me, and I am extremely grateful for all their hard work.

I am writing to you to express my thanks for the support provided to Mr X. As you are aware this gentlemans circumstances changed in the last twelve months and the support helped him come to terms with the changes to his life. The carer showed loyalty and dedication that was more than anyone could have expected. She always put his needs first and addressed issues immediately they arose. Her support was over and above my expectations. The carer always supported this gentleman to present himself in an appropriate manner, always managing to put a smile on his face and I know how he looked forward to her visits.

I would just like to officially thank you on behalf of the department for all your commitment and support to X, whilst residing at home. Also following his accident and admission to hospital.

I understand your company nominate staff each month – for staff whose work has been exceptional and I feel she deserves to be considered. She has a pleasant disposition, is a hard worker and always gives that little extra to ensure the client is well and happy. In my opinion she deserves to be recognised for her efforts. I would like this to be recorded within your company.

Many thanks Team Leader

I am writing to thank you, and your carers at Premier involved in caring for our Service User in Flint; for all your help, support and hard work over the past years.

It has not been an easy case, as our service user has complex, unpredictable needs, but I feel we have all done our absolute best in providing a high standard of care, enabling her to remain in her own home.

In particular, I am aware that J has played a huge part in the care package, long before I took over as case manager. I would appreciate it if you would pass on my appreciation to her, and praise for her commitment to our service user. She has provided consistently high standards of care and professionalism, and this needs to be recognised and commended.

I’m sure with the current increase in complex discharges home, requiring large care packages, our paths will cross again, and I would look forward to working with you again.

I would greatly like to nominate LB for carer of the month, an emergency occurred at a project house in December. Whilst I dealt with it, LB showed initiative and competence in attending to two service users’ needs, household duties and paperwork. It is a pleasure to work alongside LB.

GC and her Team have provided support for the services for younger people with dementia for the past three years. In this time the support staff have carried out a commendable job. Many of the service users have been volatile and the staff have had to deal with some difficult situations and challenging behaviour. One service user with a very advanced Alzeimer’s disease was kept in her home under CHC funding for longer that the consultant thought possible. The support workers were absolutely first class and treated this lady with so much dignity and respect even though the lady presented with very difficult behaviour; they deserve every accolade.

I worked closely with SJ, care manager for Premier Home Care. SJ always goes out of her way to fulfil the contract Premier Home Care have with social services.

I thank Premier Home Care for their loyal support and will continue to work closely with them to develop the service.

I have very positive feedback for Premier; I find SJ very helpful and professional and am always impressed with the work on two very complex cases. The service delivery plans are excellent and SJ always follows up on any actions agreed.

I find Premier to be professional and offer a high quality service. Carers are on the whole very good, follow care plans and are well informed about the client needs. I must single SJ out for credit as the two cases I have worked with her on require a massive input and the rota’s have needed numerous amendments and flexibility which SJ has never failed to provide. Sue also is good at keeping in touch

In my role as Staff Development and Training Officer, I have commissioned a range of training courses for direct care staff from Premier Homecare in the last twelve months. Initially I consulted with your senior management, and then directly with your training department. This process ensured that the training delivered was relevant, appropriate and in line with current legislation.

Premier have also delivered training to service users. This training, which was initially designed specifically for one group who undertake supported employment, has been so successful that other courses have been planned and delivered.

All the courses that have been delivered this year by Premier Home Care for direct care staff have been evaluated by the department, and all received a high satisfaction rating from delegates. Feedback from Managers has indicated that the training provided has up skilled their workers. I am satisfied that the training is cost effective and appropriate for our needs at this time, and will continue to discuss further training with Premier’s training department.

Finally, as an NVQ co-ordinator, I link with Premier as they work to ensure NVQ’s are assessed in the workplace. Currently 3 qualified assessors employed by Premier link to Flintshire’s NVQ Centre, and further staff are currently working towards their A1 award. Premier is pro active in it approach to NVQ’s.

I work for the Community Inclusion Team. I am writing to you regarding one of your support workers that supports a volunteer and has done since the launch of the service. I am very impressed with her ability to work successfully with the volunteers in promoting independence and life skills. She is a valued member within the group, ver motivated and hard working. I just want to put something in writing to highlight how impressed I and other staff are of her ability to work well.

I feel I must write to you with regard to the service provided by C when staffing issues arise within Short Term Care. It is three years since I left community living, so in that time I have had no reason to request staff cover, however in January I joined the Short Care Team and since that time have on many occasions required cover.

C is at all times pleasant, professional and extremely efficient. He seems to have the ability (thankfully) to pick staff out of thin air. I am aware that people are often ready to complain about situations, so I felt it only fair to offer praise when praise is due.

I also speak on behalf of J and N when I say we are always comforted when we hear C’s voice on the other end of the telephone.

I’m sure C must be a great asset to your business; please pass on our thanks to him.

May I take this opportunity of thanking your Support Worker, DA for his continued excellent work in supporting my Service User.

DA’s ongoing energy, enthusiasm and initiative have made a very valued contribution towards our Service User’s life and has secured his ability to remain in the community. His family continue to be very satisfied with the support they receive from DA.

It is not often that I have the opportunity to comment in such a positive way, but in this situation I greatly appreciate the quality service I am receiving from your company.

I would like to pass to you my sincere thanks for all the hard work over the past year. The annual questionnaire’s that were sent to the Informal Carer’s were full of praise for your overall performance. They are eternally grateful for the empathy and support you give them, and the excellent communication efforts.

I would just like to bring to your attention how superbly the staff team are supporting our service user.

The team are really dedicated, professional and consistent in their approach and because of this our service user is really beginning to reap the benefits. The multi disciplinary team have all commented on what a positive change there has been in our service user and this is with thanks to the staff team. We know that this has meant a lot of hard work and patience and that it has not been easy at times, however staff have persevered. There are a lot of Professionals involved and lots of advice to follow, which the staff have with ease.

There is still a lot of hard work ahead, however I feel confident that our service user is going to be able to achieve her goals with the help of her staff team.

This is the first time that I have written to complement a staff team; this I feel shows the respect I have for these staff members. I hope that this is not seen as patronising as it is not meant to be. Please make your staff aware of this letter and I am sure that the other Professionals involved would agree with the above.

I wish to say how pleased we are with our Care Worker – DH. Since she has been allocated extra hours to care for my wife, she has made a huge contribution to her quality of life. She is gentle and caring and nothing is too much trouble. My Wife was rather apprehensive about having a ‘Carer’ but is now completely relaxed, smiling and laughing once again – it has been a tonic to myself and her family to witness this transformation.

Our heartfelt thanks to your organisation and in particular to D for making all our lives so much happier.

I would like to take this opportunity to convey my thanks and appreciation to both yourself and S who attended my Mother on several occasions during the past few weeks.

The service we received was excellent in every respect and I would recommend your agency without hesitation.

I would like to nominate RB for Carer of the Month as I find her commitment and dedication to W’s care package above and beyond her duties as a Support Worker. She is always cheerful and willing to assist W to live a fulfilling and independent life as much as her illness allows. She supports W in every aspect of care both emotional and physical, show empathy and understanding, during and after W’s seizures. She is reliable, always willing to do extra shifts.

She lifts W’s spirit, when she is feeling low with her positive, encouraging attitude and works well with the Team.

I have been with you for over 10 years, and the carers have made a difference to my life and have enabled me to stay within my own home. I have a good life.

Thank you for everything

Many thanks to the very kind ladies who looked after me. I hope they can come again sometime

I would like to thank each of you for looking after me over the past few months.

I just wanted to say thank you for always looking after my Nan.

I want to say thank you for sending me such lovely girls.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for your kindness, support and friendship.

Thank you for your support, care for myself and my wife.

Many thanks for the help and assistance you and your team have given. It was greatly appreciated.

I am writing to you to say a personal thank you for all your support, love and care that you have shown towards our service user over the years and especially over the last couple of months. You have exceeded and gone above and beyond your call of duty and would like to say a special thank you and I am proud to you as a part of my team.

I work for the Community Inclusion Team. I am writing to you regarding one of your support workers that supports a volunteer and has done since the launch of the service.
